• One-time website purchases with full source code ownership
• Subscription plans with additional features

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.

4. Payments and Refunds

No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases, including website purchases and subscription fees.

Website Purchases: One-time website purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is processed and the source code is generated/delivered, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed.

Subscriptions: Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds are provided for the current billing period or any previous payments.

Preview Policy: We encourage you to use our free preview feature before purchasing to ensure the generated website meets your expectations.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action to recover fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you provide to generate websites (text, descriptions, requirements).

Generated Websites: Upon purchase, you receive full ownership of the generated website code. You may use, modify, and distribute it without restriction.

Our Platform: Geniveo retains all rights to the platform, AI models, and underlying technology.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Geniveo to:

• Generate websites for illegal purposes
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

7. Limitation of Liability

Geniveo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
