2. Description of Service

Geniveo is an AI-powered website builder that generates custom websites based on user descriptions. Our service includes:

  • AI website generation based on text prompts
  • Various style packs and design options
  • One-time website purchases with full source code ownership
  • Subscription plans with additional features

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.

4. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions: Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Website Purchases: One-time website purchases are non-refundable once the source code has been delivered. Preview generation is free.

Discounts: Subscriber discounts on website purchases are applied automatically at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you provide to generate websites (text, descriptions, requirements).

Generated Websites: Upon purchase, you receive full ownership of the generated website code. You may use, modify, and distribute it without restriction.

Our Platform: Geniveo retains all rights to the platform, AI models, and underlying technology.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Geniveo to:

  • Generate websites for illegal purposes
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

7. Limitation of Liability

Geniveo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
